Kansas is setting a minimum age for marriage

Did you see this? Kansas is setting a minimum age for marriage now. Now you have to be at LEAST 15 before you can get married in that state. Way to go! Apparently last month Georgia set their minimum age at 16, after a 37 year-old woman married at 15 year-old boy (a friend of her son's).

I'm all for being "happy", and I think age differences are up to the individuals. . . .but come on, a 37 year old marrying at 15 year old? That's just icky.

No wonder there's so much divorce in the world today. People just do whatever the hell they want. . . .many times without thinking it through. I mean geeze, what if she runs out of something while making dinner? He'd have to hop on his bicycle. . . . . .
