I've finally found the secret formula to lose those unwanted extra pounds.
1) Triple your work load so you're working around the clock.
2) Run a 12 hour race taking the majority of the work on your shoulders.
3) Sprinkle in some additional personal issues (family, friends, etc).
4) Try to keep riding on top of it all.
Wha-la. 5-10 pounds lost instantly.
