How the "F" did I get SO out of shape???

Crap.

Hhmmm, so I need twice as long as I took off to get back to where I was?? Well, I guess that means I should be ready for WORS 2009.

Double crap.

Baby steps, I know. :-)

I wasn't expecting her to say quite such a short time period to lose fitness....

yeah... it's depressing. try having a kid. but you can still have a fun time whipping yourself back into shape! and i hardly doubt you are in as bad shape as you think you are.

For every day off, it takes 2 to get back to where you were. One week of missed workouts equals 2 weeks to just get back to where you WERE.
