Update

As funny as it seems, I squeaked in a 20 minute nap and then went for a 2 hour easy (endurance) spin and I'm much less tired. :-)

I think I'll make it to Tuesday now. . . . . .so there's no need to worry about me. It could be a hell of a lot worse. . . . . .SO. . . . . .it's all good.

This sport is meant to provide more happy times than sad. It's what we do for fun and personal growth. Understandably, Elite can be a very bitter pill to swallow. There's less coasting, more stress, and more serious riders sometimes being a bit on the edge in their manners/patience. Women specifically have it very hard with no middle ground (like Comp for men). Whatever you decide we all know that you've tried to make the adjustment but have lost yourself along the way = a no-go situation. Best of luck in finding yourself back on solid ground in the sport you once loved.
