Blame, justification and complaining are just like pills. They are nothing more than stress relievers. They alleviate the stress of failure. Think about it. If a person weren't failing in some way, shape or form, would he or she need to blame, justify or complain?
For the next seven days I challenge you to NOT COMPLAIN AT ALL. Not just out loud, but in your head as well. But you have to do it for the full seven days.

This somehow makes me think of another fun little exercise.
Count how many times you "lose focus" (when your mind wanders away from the task at hand) on a ride. Start with short intervals.

That is impossible. I am in charge of 17 managers that bring with them 131 techs. Not to mention a wondeful wife and 2 outstanding children and a puppy.

No can do! Trying to get my Uverse back up and working at my home - two appointments with techies and no one showed up, no phone calls or anything of the sort - come on Kenny! Get those guys cracking! I'm losing focus right now. Now, what was I complaining about...
Yeah, it's tough. And ih ear Uverse sucks. Is this true? Must be if you're STILL WAITING for someone to come FIX it. I'm just sayin'.
Had Uverse for a year after being cableless for a decade. Chose on the basis of channel selection and price.
No problems. No down time. Had a couple times after moving stuff around that it froze but it was because the cat 5 connections needed to be pushed in. Operator error. Johnny, check your connectors.
Doesn't have the lag when flipping that my mom's cable does.
With our package --U200 they throw in the 120 hour DVR and two boxes for free.
You can watch the DVR from any TV in the house and program it from any computer. Record 4 shows at once etc.
They give us all the movie channels free about twice a year.
So we load the DVR up with about 70 movies for free.
Kenny didn't pay me to say this. But he should.
